TSH Digital Ltd

Email marketing for garden, smallholding and outdoor shops

We set up and run the emails that win back lost baskets and bring customers back every season, for UK online shops selling to gardeners, growers, poultry keepers and beekeepers.

Three phone screens showing example emails from a garden shop: a welcome email, a basket reminder and a seasonal email

The problem

Most people who add something to their basket leave without paying. A well-timed reminder email brings some of them back, automatically. Most small shops either don't send one or send one that sounds like everyone else.

Turn first orders into regulars

Why us

We're your customers. We keep hens and bees on a smallholding in rural Wiltshire, so we know your buyers, your seasons and your language.

We work with a small number of shops at a time.

Founding clients

We're taking on two founding clients this winter at a reduced rate, in return for a short case study.

A year of customer seasons, one card per month: seed orders in January, sowing under cover in February, the sowing rush in March, chicks hatching in April, swarm season in May, summer care in June, honey harvest in July, harvest and storing in August, bulb buying in September, winter prep in October, gift guides in November and last order dates in December
